Sailun Tire established in 2002, is situated in National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Qingdao, China. The genesis of Sailun Tire
is one of evolution.  Its parent company, Mesnac Co. Ltd., designs and manufactures tire building equipment. Sailun Tire was a logical step in showcasing

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Sailun Tire has made great strides in the tire industry despite its short history. Sailun currently invests approximately one third of its resources in to Research and
Development. In 2009, Sailun, together with the Qingdao University of Science & Technology, were nominated to develop a National Tire Process and Control
Engineering Technology Research Center to build the optimal technical research platform to promote tire technology. Key technical issues in the tire manufacturing
process are studied and solved to move the tire industry forward in the quest for improved technology and producing a high quality product.

Sailun Tire is the first tire manufacturer to integrate production, research and demonstration techniques, while developing new products. Sailun initiated
BPSO design technology and three dimensioned visualization design, which reduces the tire design period and improves quality.

At the same time, Sailun applies a management & control network system and computer system to tire production and manufacture, technology quality control,
resource and energy, corporation administration, logistics and storage, marketing and service. We trace data and information of each tire with the help of advanced
information technology.

Sailun has additional ties with academic institutions for information technology, formulation techniques, tire structure and tire testing. With a combination of research
and production, Sailun provides experimental and research platform for institutions, experts and suppliers. We cooperate with institutions and universities such as
